Mechanical Barriers to Male Fertility.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Retrograde Ejaculation can make natural conception physically impossible, even if your sperm factory is working perfectly. Dr. Adnan Jabbar provides strictly confidential, highly advanced workarounds to secure your biological child.

Private Consultation

Removing the Stigma

In Pakistan, cultural stigmas often prevent men from seeking help for sexual dysfunction, leading to years of silent, unnecessary infertility. We do not view Erectile Dysfunction or Ejaculatory disorders as a personal failure—we view them strictly as a mechanical delivery issue.

If the factory (the testicles) is producing healthy sperm, but the delivery truck (ejaculation) is broken, our job as embryologists is simply to bypass the truck entirely.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

The inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for intercourse. Often linked to diabetes, cardiovascular issues, or extreme psychological stress.

Retrograde Ejaculation

The sphincter muscle at the bladder neck fails to close during climax. Instead of exiting the body, semen is shot backwards into the bladder. Common in diabetic patients or post-prostate surgery.

Our Clinical Workarounds

Sperm Retrieval from Urine (For Retrograde Ejaculation)

If sperm is going into the bladder, we prepare the bladder medically to neutralize its acidity. After climax, the patient provides a urine sample. Our laboratory rapidly centrifuges and washes this urine to extract the living, healthy sperm trapped inside. This sperm can then be used for IUI or IVF.

Vibratory & Electroejaculation

For patients with spinal cord injuries or extreme nerve damage where natural ejaculation is neurologically impossible, we utilize specialized, painless vibratory devices in a controlled clinical setting to trigger an ejaculatory reflex and collect the semen.

Direct Surgical Extraction (PESA / TESA)

If all else fails, or if ED is severe and unresponsive to medication, we simply bypass the system entirely. Under local anesthesia, in a 10-minute procedure, we use a tiny needle to gently extract sperm directly from the testicle. We then inject one single sperm directly into the wife's egg using ICSI technology.

This guarantees fertilization regardless of erectile function.
